Last summer my 11 year old son was fortunate enough to go to Cooperstown, New York to play in a big baseball tournament. Going to Cooperstown feels like a special event and it is an experience my son will always remember. I brought my plein air paint set up because I knew there would be periods of downtime. My son asked me if I would paint something for him to put in his room, so I took it to heart and painted the field next to the boys' bunkhouses. My son loves this painting because he can imagine himself and his team mates walking from the bunkhouses through the pathway that leads to the rest of the fields of Cooperstown. I decided I would make a print for the boys on the team so that everyone could have a way to remember this week!
I am offering additional prints of this painting for sale on my website, see link below!
